TechFlow News – Official announcement: Nym, the Web3 privacy infrastructure project, has launched its permanent testnet called "Sandbox." Nodes, developers, and researchers can now experience Nym's mixnet architecture via the Sandbox before the official mainnet launch. Unlike previous testnets, Sandbox does not include incentive mechanisms and is designed to perfectly replicate the mainnet’s token economics. The Nym development team will migrate the current Milhon testnet state—including nodes, delegations, and reputation scores—onto the Sandbox testnet. Additionally, researchers can conduct large-scale studies and simulations on the testnet regarding Nym’s mixnet architecture, application privacy, and security. The release of Sandbox lays the foundation for the critical "CosmWasm 1.0" upgrade and represents a key step toward launching the Nym mainnet. (Source)
