TechFlow news — NFT collector Panksy.eth announced on Twitter that he won the auction for Sequoia Capital’s 2005 YouTube seed memo NFT with a bid of 200 ETH. Previously, on December 3, Sequoia Capital tweeted that it was running an experiment: auctioning off its 2005 investment memo for YouTube as an NFT. The auction ran from that date until December 7, allowing anyone to place bids. Proceeds will support the public ecosystem fund of 0xPARC (the cryptographic applications research initiative on Ethereum), and the winner receives full ownership rights.
