TechFlow news, according to The Information, sources revealed that FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) told investors the exchange is conducting a new round of fundraising, while also asking investors to purchase shares in FTX.US. According to one source, the new funding aims to raise $1.5 billion, with FTX valued at $32 billion and FTX.US valued at $8 billion. It was reported that in October, FTX announced raising $420 million at a valuation of $25 billion, bringing its total raised capital to $1.4 billion.
