The round was led by Sequoia Capital, with continued participation from existing investors including Tiger Global, Hillhouse Capital, Coatue Management, and Shunwei Capital. Within four months, CertiK has completed three funding rounds totaling over $140 million, achieving a near-$1 billion valuation.
