TechFlow News — The first Polkadot parachain slot auction concluded at 11 a.m., with Acala emerging as the winner of the inaugural slot. Acala secured the slot by locking 32.5 million DOT, worth approximately $130 million. After the completion of the first batch of five auctions, Acala will join the other four winning projects to connect to Polkadot's relay chain on December 17, commencing block production as parachains.
