TechFlow News — According to foreign media Cision, the decentralized autonomous organization CryptoFed DAO has been recognized by Wyoming as the first legally recognized DAO in the United States. Previously, CryptoFed DAO was acknowledged by the Wyoming Secretary of State's office as the first legally recognized DAO in the U.S. Earlier, Wyoming passed legislation allowing DAOs to formally register within the state, aiming to permit state authorization and recognition of DAOs, as well as enabling limited liability companies to convert into DAOs. The law took effect on July 1, 2021.
