TechFlow News, according to Yahoo Finance, Olaf Carlson-Wee, founder and CEO of Polychain Capital, has purchased a 12,000-square-foot mansion for $28.5 million. The property is one of three luxurious homes in the Hollywood Hills situated atop the hills directly above Los Angeles' bustling Sunset Boulevard. Carlson-Wee acquired the estate from Simon Kinberg, director and screenwriter of the "X-Men" film series, who originally bought it in early 2018 for $31.5 million. Olaf Carlson-Wee was Coinbase's first employee and later founded the cryptocurrency hedge fund Polychain Capital after leaving the company.
