TechFlow News — According to a Bloomberg report, Coinbase co-founder Fred Ehrsam said in an interview, "People are going to try all kinds of things. There will be millions of cryptocurrencies and crypto assets, just like there are millions of websites. The majority of them won't succeed."
Ehrsam holds a similar view on NFTs, comparing early internet companies from the late 1990s to today's NFTs: "I could even say that perhaps 90% of the NFTs produced today might become worthless within three to five years. But that same statement would have applied to early internet companies at the end of the 1990s."
After leaving Coinbase in 2017, Ehrsam founded Paradigm, a blockchain investment firm.
