As of the end of last year's third quarter, Vidente held 10.3% of South Korea's cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb and 34.2% of Bithumb Holdings, the largest shareholder of Bithumb Korea.
Earlier, according to The Korea Economic Daily, South Korean gaming company Nexon planned to collaborate with Bithumb shareholder Vidente to acquire Bithumb for 5 trillion won (approximately $4.6 billion).
