TechFlow news, at 3 p.m. Beijing time on November 3, less than 24 hours before the U.S. election polling closes, the Associated Press (AP) has confirmed it will use Ethereum smart contracts to publish content related to the presidential campaign, including vote updates, election reports, and results.
According to the Associated Press developer website, AP is using Everipedia's OraQle software to publish U.S. election call data. As a developer, users can utilize smart contracts on either Ethereum or EOS.io.
The Associated Press uses this Ethereum public key to publish U.S. presidential election call data: 0x436ee8cb3a351893b77f8b57c9772daec3a96445.
