TechFlow News — Hong Kong-listed company OKLink announced that its board of directors (the "Board") was informed on October 16, 2020 by legal counsel representing OKC Holdings Corporation ("OKC") that Mr. Star Xu ("Mr. Xu") is currently under investigation by Chinese public security authorities. The company has not yet been able to contact Mr. Xu to verify this information. To the Board's knowledge, the Group is not currently under any government investigation in China. It is currently expected that Mr. Xu's investigation will not have any material impact on the business operations and/or financial condition of the Company and/or any of its subsidiaries.
