TechFlow News — Xiong'an Customs, together with the Hebei Xiong'an Branch of Bank of China, recently processed a digital deposit payment for natural rubber imported by an enterprise under a processing trade manual, valued at 1.243 million yuan. Enterprises within the Xiong'an New Area customs jurisdiction have successfully paid digital deposits via electronic wallets opened at the Hebei Xiong'an Branch of Bank of China. This marks the first application of digital currency in the customs operations of Shijiazhuang Customs District since Xiong'an New Area and three other cities were approved as national digital currency pilot cities.
