TechFlow news, according to Beijing-based blockchain security firm Chainsmap, by 5 PM today Beijing time, the stolen ERC20 tokens from KuCoin exchange have been traded via Uniswap for approximately 266 ETH. According to SXWK, a blockchain security expert at Chainsmap, the involved address mainly transferred three ERC20 tokens—OCEAN, ORN, and KAI—today, with some funds routed through intermediary addresses before being distributed to three separate addresses. OCEAN has already been exchanged via Uniswap.
Ocean Protocol stated on Twitter that hackers stole 21 million OCEAN tokens worth $8.6 million. To protect Ocean token holders, they have paused the Ocean smart contract and will provide further information to the community in the coming hours.
