TechFlow News — According to Tianyancha, Beijing Bitmain Technologies Co., Ltd. has added new litigation information: a first-instance civil ruling regarding a dispute involving詹克团 and Bitmain Technologies Limited. The case details are as follows: the plaintiff,詹克团, filed suit against defendants Wu Jihan, Bitmain Technologies Co., Ltd., and Beijing Bitmain Technologies Co., Ltd. over corporate-related disputes. The Beijing Fourth Intermediate People's Court accepted the case on January 9, 2020. On June 15, 2020, the plaintiff,詹克团, submitted a request to withdraw the lawsuit. The Beijing Fourth Intermediate People's Court ruled that the plaintiff's withdrawal request complies with legal provisions and is therefore granted in accordance with Article 145, Paragraph 1 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China.
