On July 10, the Seventh Plenary Session of the 13th Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted the "Decision on Studying and Implementing the Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Inspection Speech in Shaanxi and Striving to Write a New Chapter of Shaanxi's Pursuit and Transcendence in the New Era." The decision accelerates the construction of Digital Shaanxi, implements the Action Plan for Building a Strong Cyber Province, formulates a digital economy development plan, supports the establishment of pilot zones for innovative development of the digital economy, speeds up digital industrialization and industrial digitization, promotes innovative development of the industrial internet, and fosters emerging growth areas such as big data, artificial intelligence, and blockchain.
