Document Security Systems announced that its subsidiary, Premier Packaging Corp., has signed a three-year contract with one of the world's largest retailers to supply photo mailing envelopes and folding cartons for prints, posters, canvas décor, albums, passport photos, and commercial print products. The contract is valued at approximately $6 million annually, with an option to renew for a fourth year. Production under the contract will begin in the third quarter of 2020. Finished products will be delivered to over 9,000 customer locations. The retailer plans to open 550 additional stores within the next 12 months, which could increase the contract's value.
Document Security Systems operates in brand protection technologies, blockchain security, direct marketing, healthcare, real estate, and securitized digital assets.
