TechFlow news, July 04, according to Bloomberg, SK Hynix is considering paying fees amounting to approximately 0.5% of the fundraising scale to banks participating in the transaction for its American Depositary Receipts issuance. The company previously stated that it plans to issue shares equivalent to up to 2.5% of its total share capital, but the final issuance size has not yet been determined, so the relevant fee amount remains uncertain. Sources familiar with the matter said that in addition to the base fee, SK Hynix may also provide additional incentives, and current related arrangements are still under negotiation, with details potentially subject to further adjustment.
