TechFlow news, June 29, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to review the constitutionality of a now-abolished U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) policy. The policy once required individuals and businesses that reached enforcement settlements with the SEC not to publicly criticize or challenge the allegations brought by the Wall Street regulator. The U.S. Supreme Court Justices offered no comment on Monday, dismissing the challenge regarding whether the SEC's so-called "gag rule" (gag rule) infringed upon individual constitutional rights.
