TechFlow news, June 29, according to CoinDesk, blockchain analytics company Chainalysis released a draft blockchain tracking ontology, attempting to establish unified standards for crypto address cluster identification, fund flow tracking, and attribution analysis. The company stated that the framework aims to enhance the basis for investigators and judicial institutions to judge the reliability of on-chain analysis data, and provide reference for industry methodology review and independent verification.
Chainalysis also pointed out that on-chain tracking can be used to identify associations between wallets and fund flows, but cannot directly confirm end-user identity based solely on blockchain data; relevant identification still requires combining exchange information or legal forensic methods.
