TechFlow News, May 29: U.S. President Donald Trump stated on social media: “Iran must agree that it will never possess nuclear weapons or nuclear bombs. The Strait of Hormuz must be immediately opened in both directions, toll-free, allowing unrestricted maritime traffic. All mines (bombs)—if any exist—will be cleared (we previously deployed our superb underwater mine-sweeping vessels, which detonated and removed large numbers of such mines). Iran shall be responsible for immediately clearing and/or detonating any remaining mines—presumably not many!
Ships stranded within the Strait due to our extraordinary and unprecedented naval blockade—now lifted—may begin their ‘journey home’! The enriched material buried deep underground—sometimes referred to as ‘nuclear dust’—is currently compressed beneath a nearly collapsed mountain (the result of our powerful B-2 bomber strike eleven months ago); this material will be excavated by the United States and fully destroyed in close coordination and cooperation with Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Until further notice, no financial transactions will occur between the two sides. Additionally, the parties have reached agreement on several other issues, far less significant than those outlined above. I am now heading to the Situation Room for a meeting to finalize decisions.”
