TechFlow News, May 28: According to a PRNewswire report, Eightco Holdings Inc., a U.S.-listed company, disclosed its latest asset composition as of May 27, 2026. Its total portfolio value stands at approximately $374 million and comprises the following assets: roughly $90 million in indirect equity stakes in OpenAI (held via an SPV), $18 million in equity stakes in Beast Industries, approximately $144 million in cash and stablecoins, 11,068 Ethereum (ETH) tokens, and approximately 283 million Worldcoin (WLD) tokens. Additionally, the portfolio includes a $1 million investment in Mythical Games.
Eightco stated that its future investment portfolio will cover core assets in AI and the digital economy, emphasizing strategic exposure to private technology companies such as OpenAI and Beast Industries.
