TechFlow News, April 2, HashKey Group announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Edusoft Financial Group, an integrated financial group bridging traditional and digital finance. The two parties will establish a long-term, two-way, mutually beneficial mechanism to enhance synergies between their client resources and Web3 technology service capabilities, jointly expanding innovative application scenarios within the digital asset ecosystem.
Under the MoU, Edusoft Financial will leverage its institutional client base and global footprint in traditional securities, asset management, and investment banking to continuously introduce high-quality assets and projects to HashKey. In turn, HashKey will provide end-to-end technical and service support—from digital asset issuance through circulation and trading—for these high-quality projects, drawing on its comprehensive strengths in regulatory compliance licenses, digital asset trading and custody, and on-chain financial infrastructure.
The signing of this MoU not only extends the parties’ existing mutually beneficial collaboration but also signifies a further deepening of HashKey’s partnership with Edusoft Financial in the digital asset space. Previously, HashKey Chain—a compliant, institution-friendly public blockchain operated by HashKey Group—collaborated with Edusoft Financial and Times Resources (8028.HK) to successfully complete Hong Kong’s first silver real-world asset (RWA) project, accumulating practical, implementable experience in tokenizing and circulating real-world assets on-chain. This newly signed MoU represents a formalized, institutional upgrade built upon that prior cooperation. Going forward, both parties will further advance joint initiatives in tokenization projects involving financial assets, precious metals, and other real-world assets, while jointly exploring pathways for blockchain technology adoption across broader real-world financial use cases—supporting Hong Kong’s efforts to solidify its position as Asia’s leading digital asset hub.
