TechFlow News: On March 20, according to CoinDesk, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected Kalshi’s motion for administrative stay. Nevada regulators are now permitted to file a temporary restraining order, which could force Kalshi to exit the Nevada market for at least two weeks. Previously, on March 2025, the Nevada Gaming Control Board issued Kalshi a cease-and-desist order requiring it to stop offering sports-related prediction market contracts. Kalshi warned that this case may proceed simultaneously across four distinct judicial channels, raising the risk of conflicting rulings between federal and state courts.
