TechFlow reports that on March 18, Meta announced via its official blog a strategic shift for its VR social platform Horizon Worlds. Starting March 31, 2026, Horizon Worlds and related content will be removed from the Quest Store; by June 15, the app will be uninstalled from Quest devices, and the VR version will cease operations. Meta stated that Horizon Worlds will transition to a mobile-only experience going forward.
