TechFlow News, March 16: According to JINSHI Data, a PBS reporter stated that Trump shared his views on Iran, saying, “We’re doing very well,” and reiterating his position on destroying Iranian military facilities. He added, “They want a deal, but in my view, Iran is not yet ready for a deal.” He described the conflict as having “negligible costs,” citing Iran’s long history of manufacturing terrorist activities, and claimed, “Once the war ends, oil prices will plummet like a rolling stone.” When asked about the specific timeline for the oil price drop, Trump replied, “Once the war ends… I believe it won’t take long.” He continued, “I left substantial infrastructure in Tehran—I could destroy Tehran’s power plants within an hour… But if I did that, it would take years to rebuild, and it would cause trauma. So I try to avoid doing such things.” Trump also stated he would “strike again.” However, he noted he deliberately maintained a “100-yard” safety buffer around “all facilities related to oil.” Regarding the damage sustained by Kharg Island, Trump said, “Kharg Island is currently non-operational—except for the pipelines, which I left intact. I didn’t want to destroy those pipelines because reconnecting them would take years.”
