The notice states that such activities fall under the category of outdated production technologies slated for national phase-out, and related operations constitute illegal financial activities. Participants face risks including loan termination, power cutoffs, and internet disconnection, as well as legal liability. Local township governments, telecommunications providers, power utilities, and other relevant departments will intensify inspections and supervision to crack down on illegal mining operations.
