TechFlow News: On February 3, RealFi’s inclusive finance Layer 1 blockchain Pharos announced the launch of a $10 million Builder Incubation Program to support early-stage teams building decentralized finance (DeFi) applications and infrastructure on the Pharos blockchain, helping them achieve long-term growth and accelerating innovation across the on-chain financial ecosystem.
The program is backed by partners including Hack VC, Draper Dragon, Lightspeed Faction, and Centrifuge. In addition to funding, selected participants will receive technical mentorship from the Pharos core team, marketing support, fundraising and strategic partnership introductions, and AI-powered developer tooling. Applications for the program are now open.
Meanwhile, the first cohort recruitment drive will kick off in Hong Kong. Pharos will collaborate with Web3Labs and Consensus to participate in GWDC—the inaugural large-scale Web3 hackathon in Hong Kong—as part of its broader initiative to expand its developer community and ecosystem. The first cohort will prioritize teams and projects focused on decentralized perpetual contracts and spot exchanges, infrastructure integrating tokenized real-world asset (RWA) yields and treasuries, and prediction markets centered on real-world outcomes.
