Chaitanya Jain, Head of Bitcoin Product Strategy at Strategy, explained: The BTC Rating is calculated as (Bitcoin holdings - Debt - Preferred stock + USD reserves) / Market cap, representing the ratio of net bitcoin holdings to the company's market value.
