If users deposited funds from their Binance accounts into the compromised wallet before December 24, 2025, they can use their Binance account to confirm ownership.
Eligible users will receive direct contact from the support team via email from the original claim ticket, providing clear instructions for submitting verification videos. Users who do not meet the eligibility criteria will continue to be processed through the original compensation procedure, which may require a longer timeframe.
