TechFlow, Dec 10 — According to Dlnews, the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) announced on Tuesday that U.S. banks may act as intermediaries in cryptocurrency transactions, buying and selling digital assets on behalf of customers. This "riskless principal trading" model is similar to how banks currently handle securities transactions for clients, serving solely as intermediaries without holding crypto assets in their own inventory.
