TechFlow news, November 30 — According to Cointelegraph, Strategy CEO Phong Le recently stated publicly that the company would only consider selling its Bitcoin if its mNAV falls below 1 and it cannot secure new funding — calling this a "last resort."
Phong Le emphasized this is not a shift in long-term policy or an active plan to sell, but rather a "financial decision" that would only be made under extreme market conditions and deteriorating capital environments. This month, Strategy has launched a new "BTC Credit" dashboard to address recent market concerns over its liabilities and liquidity. The company claims that even if Bitcoin prices remain depressed over the long term, its debt structure and cash flow coverage capacity remain robust.
