TechFlow, Nov. 29 — According to Cointelegraph, asset management firm CoinShares withdrew its filing for a Solana staking exchange-traded fund (ETF) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday.
As stated in the documents submitted to the SEC, the structural transactions and asset acquisitions related to the proposed fund were never completed. The filing noted: "This registration statement was intended to register shares issuable in connection with a transaction that ultimately did not occur. No shares have been sold or will be sold under this registration statement."
