TechFlow news, November 19 — According to The Block, 0xbow, a privacy-focused startup backed by the Ethereum Foundation, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $3.5 million in seed funding. The round was led by Starbloom Capital, with participation from prominent venture firms including Coinbase Ventures and BOOST VC, as well as angel investors such as former Coinbase CTO Balaji Srinivasan.
0xbow is the development team behind "Privacy Pools," a core component of the Ethereum Foundation's Kohaku Wallet initiative. The project is based on the "Association Sets" research co-authored by Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin, aiming to achieve compliant fund anonymization and address the balance between privacy and regulatory compliance.
