TechFlow news, November 17 — The Smarter Web Company (code: SWC) today announced the successful placement of 230,000 ordinary shares, raising approximately £140,000 (around £0.61 per share). The company expects to receive approximately 98% of the funds at the beginning of this week. As the UK's largest publicly listed company holding Bitcoin on its balance sheet, this placement was conducted under the subscription agreement announced on September 4, 2025.
