TechFlow news, November 13 — According to Bloomberg, French authorities have fully lifted the travel ban on Telegram CEO Pavel Durov. Durov was previously restricted by French officials amid investigations into whether his messaging platform enabled criminal activities. Initially, Durov was required to remain within France, but in June this year, French authorities eased the restrictions, allowing him limited trips to Dubai.
