TechFlow news, November 12 — According to an official announcement, SharpLink Gaming (SBET), a U.S.-listed ETH treasury company, released its third-quarter financial report for fiscal year 2025. The company reported a significant increase in net profit to approximately $104.3 million, or $0.62 per share, compared to a net loss of $885,000 in the same period last year.
As of September 30, SharpLink held approximately 817,700 ETH, which increased to 861,250 ETH by November 9. Total revenue for the third quarter reached about $10.8 million, representing a year-over-year growth of over 1,100%. The company's total cryptocurrency assets are valued at around $3 billion, with $11.1 million in cash and $26.7 million in USDC stablecoins.
Operationally, the board approved a $1.5 billion share repurchase program; so far, 1.938 million shares have been repurchased at a cost of $31.6 million. The company also announced plans to deploy $200 million worth of ETH on Consensys' Layer 2 network Linea, earning enhanced yields through ether.fi and EigenCloud. Co-CEO Joseph Chalom stated that the company's ETH per-share ratio has increased from 2.0 to 4.0.
