TechFlow, on October 31, Garden Finance, a Bitcoin bridging protocol, announced on X that a security vulnerability has been detected in one of its "solvers." For investigation purposes, the application functionality has been temporarily taken offline. The impact is limited to the solver itself, and user funds and the protocol remain at no risk. Further details will be disclosed as soon as possible.
Earlier, on-chain investigator ZachXBT reported via his personal channel that Garden Finance appeared to have suffered an attack resulting in losses exceeding $5.5 million. The team has sent an on-chain message to the attacker, offering a 10% white-hat bounty, but has not yet made any public statement regarding the incident.
