Weeks later, Biden's anti-crypto SEC/Department of Justice began targeting me. They arrested me just weeks before a cryptocurrency bill I was advancing was set for vote—and the night before I was scheduled to testify before Congress.
House Republicans stated my arrest was 'to prevent Sam Bankman-Fried... from testifying' and demanded Gensler release information that 'raises serious questions about the timing of the charges and his arrest [for Biden’s SEC/DOJ].'"
