TechFlow, October 10 — According to GLOBE NEWSWIRE, Bitcoin mining and related services company Abits Group Inc (Nasdaq: ABTS) announced it will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting at 11:00 a.m. Hong Kong time on November 21, 2025 (10:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 20, 2025). The meeting will take place at Level 24, Lee Gardens One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 17, 2025, are entitled to vote. Shareholders may submit proposals to the company by the deadline of October 20, either by mail to the Corporate Secretary at Level 24, Lee Gardens One, Hong Kong, or via email.
