Event Details
From April 5 to 8, 2024, the Filecoin Hong Kong annual event hosted by NDLabs will take place at two main venues: Web3 Festival Hong Kong and the FIL Hong Kong Network Hub. The event will bring together global tech pioneers and industry leaders to discuss cutting-edge developments in decentralized infrastructure within Web3, as well as the latest progress of Filecoin in building decentralized storage networks. The event will also highlight the synergy between DePIN (Decentralized Physical Infrastructure) projects and Filecoin, showcasing technological innovations and future prospects in Hong Kong's tech sector.
This year’s FIL Hong Kong event features both a main venue and satellite locations offering diverse themes, content, and formats:
FIL Hong Kong Network Hub (April 5–7): Located at Garage Society Wan Chai, 4th Floor, Lee Ann Building, 93 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in lightning talks, workshops, and co-working sessions, gaining deeper insights into the development of the Filecoin ecosystem while exploring innovative applications and technical achievements of DePIN projects in building decentralized physical infrastructure.
FIL Hong Kong at Web3 Festival (April 8): Located at Stage 3 of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
On this day, the event will run parallel to the Web3 Festival Hong Kong, where participants can visit the Filecoin x IPFS booth at the convention center and experience firsthand Filecoin’s innovations in next-generation internet infrastructure.
FIL Hong Kong aims to provide a platform for individuals deeply interested in the Filecoin ecosystem, eager to explore the Web3 world, and tracking the evolution of DePIN projects—a space for exchange, learning, and collaboration. The event offers a wide range of formats including lightning talks, workshops, roundtable discussions, and cross-project networking to foster innovation and cooperation across the industry.
Throughout the event, attendees will also have opportunities to engage in in-depth conversations with members from the Filecoin Foundation and Protocol Labs, DePIN project teams, and other industry leaders, collectively advancing the development and adoption of decentralized physical infrastructure with Hong Kong as a strategic hub.
