(hereinafter referred to as "Tiantu Investment, 1973.HK"), through its subsidiary Tiantu Asset Management Company Limited (Tiantu AM), to explore the possibility of jointly establishing investment funds in the virtual asset sector, with plans to expand into further forms of strategic collaboration in the future.
As both HashKey Capital and Tiantu are licensed asset management firms in Hong Kong holding Type 9 licenses approved by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), this partnership will strictly comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
