Monad's ecosystem is gradually heating up—take a quick look at three recently funded projects: aPriori, Kintsu, and Kuru (with participation methods included)
Before the Monad testnet launches, participating in ecosystem projects is also a good way to interact with Monad.

The flagship project Monad has been making increasing moves recently—first hinting at the upcoming testnet launch, and now announcing funding news for three ecosystem projects.
This funding announcement comes just ahead of the testnet launch, offering users additional opportunities to engage with the Monad ecosystem.
Which sectors do these officially endorsed Monad projects belong to, and what participation opportunities are available now? TechFlow brings you a quick overview of all three.
1. Liquid Staking Platform aPriori
aPriori is a MEV-driven liquid staking platform on the Monad ecosystem, aiming to optimize network performance and user experience by developing new MEV and liquid staking architectures. Its innovative probabilistic validation design significantly reduces latency, maximizing compatibility with Monad's high-performance infrastructure.
In this round, aPriori announced an $8 million seed round led by Pantera Capital. Combined with its previously announced $2.7 million pre-seed round, aPriori has raised a total of $10.7 million.
The team hails from professional trading backgrounds. Founder Ray S. formerly worked at Jump Crypto and Flow Traders, and also contributed to the Pyth Network as an ecosystem contributor. Co-Founder Olivia Z was previously a Senior Software Engineer at Coinbase.
How to participate:
You can currently join the first official community task: post creative content about aPriori on Twitter—including articles, videos, memes, or research—and tag @aprMEV. Share the link in the designated Discord channel. Outstanding tweets will be recognized and their creators awarded a special role.

2. Liquid Staking Protocol Kintsu
@Kintsu_xyz is a liquid staking protocol within the Monad ecosystem, aiming to solve liquidity issues in traditional PoS staking by offering users more flexible and valuable staking options, enabling them to fully utilize their assets while maintaining security.
The name "Kintsu" is derived from the Japanese term "Kintsugi," a traditional art of repairing broken pottery with gold. Just as Kintsugi mends shattered ceramics, Kintsu is described as the "golden thread that repairs broken liquidity," aiming to "heal fractures" in blockchain ecosystems—symbolizing its mission to resolve the conflict between staking and liquidity in PoS blockchains.
Kintsu has announced a $4 million funding round led by Castle Island Ventures.
How to participate:
Kintsu’s development is relatively advanced. You can currently join its Galaxy campaign: https://t.co/6GwQTptniT
The project also offers ambassador and OG roles to community members who contribute via meme creation, data analysis, or development work. Active community participants who reach level 35 in the server can earn the OG role—details in the official document.

3. Decentralized Order Book Exchange KuruExchange
@KuruExchange is a decentralized order book exchange built for the Monad ecosystem. This round discloses a $2 million seed funding led by Electric Capital. Notably, Keone Hon, CEO of Monad, also participated personally in the investment.
How to participate:
Kuru is still in a very early stage. Currently, only the official Discord has been released: https://discord.gg/mtq3cXHy.
The Discord currently has role assignments disabled, but you can join the server now and wait for updates when they reopen.

Summary
Overall, the investment lineups behind these newly revealed Monad projects are impressive, featuring not only top-tier firms but also personal investments from well-known industry figures.
Monad has always emphasized the power of community, and its members have frequently received airdrops from other projects. The communities of native Monad ecosystem projects like aPriori, Kintsu, and Kuru carry significant value. Given Monad’s strong community focus, participating in these ecosystem projects helps build ecological credibility. Before the testnet launches, engaging with these early projects is an excellent way to interact with the Monad ecosystem.
