1. Visit the Metis testnet interface (https://decentralize.metis.io/) and connect your wallet;

2. Click "Claim" to be redirected to the Telegram Bot interface. Click Start and send your wallet address. Please wait patiently for the bot to send test tokens to your wallet—do not resend your address;
Obtaining test tokens via the Telegram Bot earns you 500 points.
3. Add additional test token contracts. Using OKX Web3 Wallet as an example: on the wallet homepage, tap the network selection in the upper left corner, choose "Custom Network," and search for "Metis Sepolia" to add the testnet;
Tap "Token Management" below and enter the different test token contract addresses.
