OKX to open McLaren F1-themed fan zone at CHIJMES in Singapore
OKX will establish the OKX Racing Club at CHIJMES in Singapore, serving as a McLaren-themed fan zone during the Singapore F1 Grand Prix from September 14 to 17, offering all visitors and racing fans unique and engaging ways to participate in motorsports and Web3.

OKX, a leading global Web3 technology company and principal partner of the McLaren F1 Team, today announced the launch of the OKX Racing Club at CHIJMES in Singapore. The club will serve as a McLaren-themed fan zone during the Singapore F1 Grand Prix from September 14–17, offering visitors and fans unique and engaging ways to experience both motorsport and Web3.
The OKX Racing Club will be held on September 14 at “The Lawn,” an open area within CHIJMES, where McLaren F1 driver Lando Norris will join fans for the opening day. On the following day, McLaren CEO Zak Brown will also make an appearance to meet with supporters.
This event follows the successful debut of the OKX McLaren Fan Zone in Manchester during the British Grand Prix. At the Singapore location, the OKX Racing Club will feature various exhibits including four racing simulators, a photo booth, a display of a McLaren car, exclusive McLaren merchandise, and race helmets.
On-site members of the OKX Web3 team will assist fans and visitors in creating OKX Web3 wallets and minting event-related NFTs via the OKX NFT Marketplace, after which attendees will receive OKX-branded merchandise such as hats and T-shirts.
Haider Rafique, Chief Marketing Officer at OKX, said: “The OKX Racing Club will take over CHIJMES beyond the racetrack, giving everyone onsite a shared experience of the fast-paced worlds of F1 and Web3. We look forward to seeing everyone there.”
OKX and McLaren Racing first announced their long-term partnership in May last year. Today, OKX is the principal partner of both the McLaren F1 Team and the McLaren Shadow Esports Team. The OKX logo appears on McLaren race cars, on the helmets of F1 drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, and across team gear for both the F1 and esports squads.
