TechFlow news, September 24 — According to Solanafloor, BULK, a Solana-based decentralized perpetual contracts exchange, has announced the completion of an $8 million seed funding round. The round was co-led by 6th Man Ventures and Robot Ventures, with participation from Wintermute and Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko.
The report stated that BULK delivers transaction finality under 40 milliseconds by directly implementing the execution layer within the Solana validator stack, thereby bypassing first-layer network transaction queue limitations. The platform uses a forked jito-agave validator client and introduces a sidecar architecture called "BULK-tile," enabling 20-millisecond asynchronous matching and 40-millisecond instant transaction finality.
