TechFlow news, September 8 — The Smarter Web Company announced it has completed the placement of 2,043,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the subscription agreement published on June 19, 2025, raising approximately £2.612 million (before deduction of expenses), equivalent to a price per share of approximately £1.28. The company will receive about 97% of the settlement funds at the beginning of this week, with the remaining 548,800 ordinary shares yet to be placed.
