TechFlow, Sept. 5 — According to The Wall Street Journal, U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent stated that to ensure future stability of the American economy, the Federal Reserve must rebuild its credibility as an independent institution. An honest, independent, and nonpartisan review of the entire organization—including monetary policy, regulation, communication, staffing, and research—must be conducted.
