TechFlow news, August 15 — According to an official announcement, NASDAQ-listed SharpLink Gaming (SBET) released its Q2 2025 financial results. The company currently holds 728,804 ETH, nearly all of which has been staked, generating approximately 1,326 ETH in staking rewards.
In early June 2025, the company established ETH as its primary reserve asset and raised over $2.6 billion through various financing methods to purchase ETH. Notably, Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum and founder & CEO of Consensys, has joined the company as Chairman of the Board.
In the second quarter, the company reported revenue of $700,000 and a net loss of $103.4 million, primarily due to an $87.8 million non-cash impairment loss on liquid staked ETH (LsETH) and non-cash stock-based compensation expenses.
