TechFlow news, on July 28, Bitget Wallet announced support for Plasma testnet token claims, becoming the first wallet application to integrate the $XPL testnet distribution channel. Users can claim $XPL test tokens for free daily via the "Airdrop Center" within the wallet, gaining early access to Plasma's high-speed, low-cost on-chain services. Additionally, Bitget Wallet has increased the Pharos airdrop allocation to the current maximum limit, allowing users to claim 0.3 $PHAR per transaction.
Plasma is a Layer1 blockchain focused on stablecoin payments and has received investment backing from institutions including Tether. Bitget Wallet will also collaborate with Plasma to launch additional ecosystem incentive campaigns, accelerating user adoption and community growth.
Earlier news reported that Bitget Wallet became the first cryptocurrency wallet to integrate Plasma, enabling users to directly connect to the Plasma testnet through Bitget Wallet.
