TechFlow news, July 23 — HashKey Exchange, Hong Kong's largest licensed virtual asset exchange, today announced a joint graduate legal talent development program with China University of Political Science and Law, including a program focused on legal talent cultivation for fintech global governance. Through university-enterprise collaboration mechanisms, both parties will promote deeper integration of legal education and technological transformation in the digital economy era, aiming to cultivate composite legal professionals with global vision and legal literacy.
HashKey Exchange will collaborate with the School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law and the Institute of Fintech and Legal Governance at China University of Political Science and Law to advance the establishment of a training base. The collaboration will focus on legal issues such as crypto-asset compliance, Web3 platform governance, and DeFi regulation, jointly building a systematic, modular, and practical talent cultivation framework.
The partnership will launch courses including "Crypto-Asset Compliance and Global Governance" and "Frontiers of Web3 Law," and establish collaborative mechanisms such as mentor exchanges, joint training programs, and international academic exchanges. Students will also have opportunities to participate in immersive training at virtual asset exchanges and scenario-based tasks such as simulated international regulatory negotiations, enhancing their practical capabilities and rule awareness in global digital economic governance.
